Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.  To secure your dates, an initial payment of $250.00 is required.  The remaining balance is due within 30 days of arrival.

Security Deposit:  Prior to arrival a credit card number must be on record or $300.00 check or money order  for your security deposit.  Your security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of departure upon inspection of the rental unit for any expenses, loss, breakage, or damaged incurred.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation Fee .....$250.00 or loss of deposit

Less than 4 weeks from scheduled arrival date.......No Refund.

Owner reserves the right to refuse rental occupancy.

Our condo will be cleaned before your arrival and after you leave. The condo is professionally managed, with a 24-hour emergency service.

Please note that out of consideration for others, we request no smoking in the condo, and that we cannot accommodate pets.
